Former UNC star Marcus Holman was selected to the U.S. National Team’s travel roster for the upcoming Federation of International Lacrosse Men’s World Championship by head coach John Danowski.

Holman was one of 23 players selected for the event from the team’s 48-player pool, which will be held from July 12-21 in Netanya, Israel.

The roster was chosen by Danowski on Saturday following the Team USA Spring Premiere in Bradenton, Florida.

Eight veterans from the United States’ 2014 World Championship squad–including Holman–made the cut for this year’s team.
