In this edition of Nonprofit Spotlight, join Trinsic Residential Group in recognizing the work of Durham Academy Summer, an organization that has been providing summer camp experiences for Triangle kids and families since 1982.

“Our goal is to provide a summer experience for ages four through 18 that prepares kids for moral, happy, productive lives,” said Katie Kantz, director of Durham Academy Summer. “DA camp counselors host a wide array of activities reminiscent of classic overnight camps on 84 acres, and in state of the art families with a schedule that’s convenient for working parents.”

The organization is a nonprofit, with programs open to the community, and ensures financial aid is available for those who may need it.
