Franklin Street staple IP3 — Italian Pizzeria III — is owned and operated by brothers Angelo and Vinny Marone. IP3 has over four decades of history in Chapel Hill, and has been owned by Angelo and Vinny for over 20 years.
“We bought IP3 January 1 of 2000, and we’ve been the owners since then. We just love what we do, we love our job, we love our community, and we try to make our customers happy every day and put a smile on their face.”
With IP3 consistently nominated for “Best Of” awards and continuing to build on its established reputation, the brother’s bring their best to the table literally and figuratively each and every day.
“Like I always tell my brother, after 43 years — we must be doing something right,” said Vinny Marone. “What we do, we just do with love and from scratch.”
