Triangle Land Conservancy has filed a lawsuit against Union Grove Farm for alleged violations to the nonprofit’s conservation easement.

Union Grove Farm in rural Orange County will appeal a ruling from the county preventing the construction of a “Farm Stage.”

Union Grove Farm has tried to categorize several ideas as agritourism, but some locals feel the plans would change the area’s rural setting.

The former Maple View land is now Union Grove Farm, a major investment from a local venture capitalist who has a grand vision for the area.
