University of North Carolina and University of Virginia faculty member Deborah Stroman spoke with 97.9 The Hill News Director Brighton McConnell on Friday, September 1st. They discussed the decision to expand the ACC by adding Stanford, Cal, and SMU. They also previewed the UNC football game this weekend and the season in general, and more.
