The Chapel Hill Police Department wants your help in locating 51-year-old Jerry Wayne Williams, who was last seen on August 3, 2014 at the group home where he resides at 1400 Ephesus Church Road.
Williams is described as a white male, standing at 5-foot-10 and weighing about 190 pounds.
Williams reportedly walked away from the group home Sunday night. He is diabetic and cognitively impaired.
