A contemporary Christian ministry will hold a memorial service on Friday in Hillsborough for Everett Copeland, a local five-year-old boy who was killed on December 26 by a runaway dump truck.
Pastor Chris Peltz of newhope Church, a Durham-based religious group with branches in the Carolinas and Kenya, will lead the service on the same day as Everett’s tentatively scheduled funeral.
The service will be held at 512 US-70, Hillsborough, NC 27282. According to information released by newhope Church, all are welcome to attend. Participants are encouraged to arrive at 2:00 PM.
