The survey asked people to pick their preference between the Republican presidential candidate and a variety of objectionable subjects like the Bubonic Plague, bedbugs, junk mail, and Ryan Lochte. He defeated all of those subjects. But, Duke University, middle seats of airplanes, public restrooms, and people who leave voicemails in 2016 are all more popular than Trump.
The battle between Trump and Duke was divided along partisan lines. Trump voters obviously prefer Trump to Duke, 70 percent to 14 percent. Only 6 percent of Hillary Clinton supports prefer Trump to the Durham university.
The national survey also asked about the presidential election. In the poll, Clinton leads Trump by 5 percent in a head-to-head matchup. Clinton gets 48 percent of the vote to Trump’s 43 percent. When Gary Johnson, Jill Stein and Evan McMullin are included in the poll, Clinton maintains a 5-point lead. But, both major party candidates lose 4 points. Clinton gets 42 percent, Trump get 37 percent, Johnson gets 6 percent, Stein gets 4 percent, and McMullin gets 1 percent.
