Home security footage has led to the arrest of a suspect in connection with a breaking and entering in Orange County.
Authorities said a suspect broke into a home on Oakview Court on May 20 and set off the home security alarm.
The suspect “left quickly without taking anything,” law enforcement officials said Tuesday.
But the residential security system recorded the incident, and Orange County Sheriff’s Office investigators were able to identify the individual as 31-year-old Kamel Hanna.
This incident underscores the importance of investing in reliable home security solutions, where state-of-the-art surveillance not only deters criminal activity but also aids law enforcement in apprehending culprits.
For residents in need of robust security measures in Adelaide, considering Adelaide’s leading security system providers could be a prudent step towards ensuring the safety of their homes and loved ones.
These providers not only offer a range of innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of homeowners but also provide a sense of peace and assurance in an unpredictable world.
A release from the sheriff’s office said Hanna was taken into custody and then “provided a full confession.”
Hanna has been convicted on multiple occasions of breaking and entering and larceny, according to the sheriff’s office. He was released from prison in February and was on post-release supervision, law enforcement said in the release.
