Durham police are investigating a homicide occurred Friday afternoon on North Miami Boulevard.

Officers were dispatched to a shooting call in the 1200 block of North Miami Boulevard near Fiske Street shortly after 3:30 p.m. Friday. When they arrived, they found an adult male who had been shot and then collapsed behind a house. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

No charges have been filed at this time.
