Chapel Hill Police are asking for public assistance as they investigate a pair of armed robberies that occurred within 15 minutes of each other on Wednesday night.
The first robbery was reported at 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of Rosemary Street and Pritchard Avenue. The second occurred at 9:45, four blocks away near the intersection of Church Street and Clark Court.
Police say each robbery involved two suspects and a gun was displayed in both incidents. No injuries were reported.
For now, there are few details about the suspects, but one of them has been described as a man wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants, with a blue bandana or scarf over his face.
