He shares details on his lawsuit with a coalition of other attorneys general against the NCAA, accusing its rule regarding two-time transfer athletes of violating antitrust laws. Stein explains how he thinks preventing these student-athletes from playing right away from their transfer limits competition, and how the lawsuit came together after his hearing of several athletes being hindered in North Carolina — including UNC football’s Tez Walker earlier this year.
