Chair of the Orange County Commissioners Jamezetta Bedford spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Wednesday, December 4. She discussed her reelection as Board Chair, Jean Hamilton as vice-chair, and the swearing in of new Commissioners. She also discussed Carrboro’s decision to move forward with a lawsuit against Duke Energy over their role in climate change and the costs that the local government has incurred because of climate change.
