Hillsborough Mayor Mark Bell spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Tuesday, July 23. He discussed the opening of the Cate’s Creek Skate Spot in Cate’s Creek Park. The skating facility has been years in the making. Work near the skating facility will continue for a few days, but the skate spot is now open for recreation, and the town is planning a grand opening for the end of September. He also discussed the planning process for the Hillsborough Train Station, discussed an opening on the Parks and Rec board, and more.
