Carrboro Mayor Barbara Foushee joins 97.9 The Hill News Director Brighton McConnell on Friday, May 16. She helps preview the town’s Freight Train Blues Series as the first concert gets started and what makes music events so special in the community. Foushee also shares highlights from Tuesday’s work session, which included differing perspectives from town council members about how to approach components of the Downtown Area Plan. Finally, she details joining the “Move With The Mayor” campaign and the goals of the spring challenge.
