Hillsborough Town Commissioner and mayoral candidate Mark Bell spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Tuesday, July 25th. He talked about the reopening of the NC 86 bridge in Hillsborough, his decision to run for mayor, and what comes next for Hillsborough. He also discussed the Uproar Arts Festival, with several installations in Hillsborough this month.
