Pittsboro Mayor Kyle Shipp spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Tuesday, May 28. He discussed becoming a member of fourth cohort of the North Carolina Hunt State Policy Fellows Program. He recently attended a meeting in Charlotte with 22 other members of the cohort, where they saw a presentation on early childhood education. He also shared outcomes from an EPA Small Community Advisory Sub-Committee meeting in Washington, D.C. last week. He also updated some parks upgrades around Pittsboro, previewed some coming town events, and more.
