Rita Van Duinen — the branch manager of Pittsboro’s Chatham Community Library — joins 97.9 The Hill’s Brighton McConnell on Wednesday, August 26. Van Duinen recently finished an NC LEAF fellowship, which trains librarians to navigate statewide tools and databases that are helpful to entrepreneurs. She details what the fellowship was like and the ways it can help small business owners in the community — primarily, being free of charge. Van Duinen also shares upcoming opportunities for listeners to learn more and utilize her new skills.
