Swing for Hope Charity Golf Tournament

The Swing for Hope Golf Tournament at The Preserve at Jordan Lake will raise money for the Foundation of Hope, a local charity in Raleigh that provides grants to the UNC Psychiatry Department for mental health research. Sign up to play – $125 per player, $99 for The Preserve members. We need 10 teams of 4 – 40 players. We also need small businesses to sponsor our tournament. We will put your company logo on a yard sign on the golf green – $75 for one sign, $150 for 2 signs, $200 for 3 signs, $250 for 4 signs.
