Beltane Celebration

Join us as we gather to celebrate Beltane, the cross-quarter day marking the midpoint in the Sun’s progress between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice. Beltane translates as “bright fire” and the traditional Bel fire is a sacred fire with healing and purifying powers. 

We will celebrate the return of the Earth to fruitfulness, flowers’ beauty, the greening of trees and land, blossoming of sensuality in all of nature and the bounty it will bring. Wear flowers in your hair, bring garlands (natural) to decorate the woods, dress in the bright colours of life in bloom. 

We’ll have songs, movement/dance, poetry around a small Bel fire in the Spiral. Bring chairs, water, etc., and creative sharings for the season.
