She discussed a couple of major grants the town got–one for a feasibility study for the town’s “everywhere to everywhere” greenway expansion, and another grant for the town’s transportation plan. She also talked about a recent meeting of the Metro Mayors in which they discussed North Carolina’s growth with state leaders. She also previewed some upcoming events, including Fourth of July festivities.
