Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Thursday, June 29th. She discussed a couple of major grants the town got–one for a feasibility study for the town’s “everywhere to everywhere” greenway expansion, and another grant for the town’s transportation plan. She also talked about a recent meeting of the Metro Mayors in which they discussed North Carolina’s growth with state leaders.  She also previewed some upcoming events, including Fourth of July festivities.

Conversations With the Mayors is an ongoing series on “News on the Hill” where host Andrew Stuckey visits with the local government leaders who help shape our communities.
