Bring the kids to Kidzu this weekend for the final garden party of the year. They will be holding a Diwali celebration featuring crafts, music, dancing, and more. The event is free. Click here for more information.

The Landing Tenant Association will be holding a Building Community Block Party this weekend to celebrate Black culture in Carrboro and strengthen community ties. Shop vendors, enjoy live music, and eat delicious food. For more information, click here.

The Tar Heels are back in action this weekend and looking to keep the Victory Bell in Chapel Hill against Duke. Our coverage starts with Inside Carolina Live at 5:00 and continues with Tar Heel Sports Network Pregame Show starting at 7:00. Kickoff is at 8:00 and we’ll have all the action for you on 97.9 The Hill. Coverage will end with Tar Heel Sports Network Post-Game show directly after the game ends. Please note that due to NCAA restrictions, the 75 mile rule applies for the Tar Heel Sports Network Shows and the game. The Bazaar is back in Carrboro this weekend. Shop crafts from various vendors, eat delicious food from a few food trucks, and enjoy drinks from Craftboro Brewing Depot.
