A new report from the U.S. Public Interest Research Group (PIRG) has found that state and local governments could save nearly 11 billion dollars by replacing their gas and diesel vehicles with electric vehicles. (The savings in North Carolina alone would be about $353 million.)
Aaron discusses the report with Katie Craig, the state director of the NC PIRG Education Fund.
