UNC revealed on Twitter Thursday afternoon that it will debut a new uniform for this Saturday’s home game against No. 7 Duke, and the results are…interesting to say the least.
The new uniforms are shown at the 45-second mark in the one minute video posted by the team, which details many of the uniforms the program has used throughout its history.

A quick description of the jersey design: it is largely a blank Carolina blue jersey and shorts, with the interlocking “NC” logo plastered across the chest and bottom of the shorts. Beyond some white striping at the bottom of the shorts, there is not much detail.
With a team sitting at 10-12 and tied for last place in the ACC, not to mention a long list of injury problems, this comes as the latest blow for a Tar Heel squad that has struggled to find positive outcomes this season.
