2020 Election Results
****UPDATED ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4****
Tuesday marked Election Day in Orange County and across North Carolina. Polls opened in the state at 6:30 a.m. and closed at 7:30 p.m.
North Carolina election officials said Wednesday all ballots cast on Election Day and during early voting have been reported, with all absentee ballots that arrived at county Boards of Elections offices up to November 3 having been reported too. The state will continue to accept mail-in ballots through Friday, November 12, as long as they were postmarked by November 3.
Here are the current results from across the state, following 100% of precincts being reported on Election Day and an estimated 95% of North Carolina’s vote being reported:
