Today is Wednesday, December 30, 2015.  There’s a ‘Soft Kitty’ and ‘The Big Bang Theory’ lawsuit happening.  The grammar police strike in one of the Dakota’s and we see some great Rubik’s Cube work.

Soft Kitty Sues The Big Bang Theory

“Soft Kitty” is a popular gag on the CBS sitcom, The Big Bang Theory.  Over the past several years, the poem has been performed at least eight times.

The poem was written by Edith Newlin, who passed away in 2004.

Newlin’s children are now suing CBS and other media companies associated with The Big Bang Theory, which is one of the most popular programs on television.

The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, claims that the makers of The Big Bang Theory cut a deal with a music company for the lyrics.  But, according to the lawsuit, the rightful owners of the song are Edith Newlin’s daughters, Margaret and Ellen.

Penny, portrayed by Kaley Cuoco, originally sang the lyrics to Sheldon, portrayed by Jim Parsons, in an attempt to comfort the sick physicist.

The Dakota’s

The University of South Dakota is the best college in all of the Dakotas, according to Forbes.

So, the university decided to use that publicity in a billboard.

That apostrophe really pokes a hole in that “best” talk.

The billboard sat on I-90 west of Sioux Falls.

A University of South Dakota spokeswoman says the mistake was human error.  The wrong version of a design was sent to the billboard company. It is now being replaced.

Rubik’s Cube Master

This guy solves the Rubik’s Cube with one hand behind his back and while juggling.

It is impressive.
