Edible Piedmont’s Fred Thompson is one of those men who seem to be able to do it all! Columnist, cookbook author, publisher … and the guy can cook. What’s not to love about that, I ask you? Having Fred sitting across from me makes me realize that he and I are both as passionate talking about food as we are diving into it.
