You’re invited to the Irvin Nature Preserve on Jones Ferry Road Sunday, April 30, from 3-6 pm for the third annual “Meadow Lark” event to benefit Learning Outside.
The event will feature live music by Big Fat Gap and others, plus horse and wagon rides, a children’s music circle, lots of food, and games and activities for all ages.
It’s all to support scholarships for kids to help them connect with hands-on, outdoor learning experiences in the natural world – all part of Learning Outside’s mission.
Susan Reda of Learning Outside discussed “Meadow Lark” with Aaron Keck on WCHL this week – along with local teacher Tim Wells, who will be leading the music circle.
Visit LearningOutside.org for tickets and more info.
