Orange County is a leader on a lot of social issues.  Over the last year, we’ve made progress addressing another one important to many people in our community — plugging the school to prison pipeline and stopping the revolving door of incarceration.  It’s Orange County’s new Criminal Justice Resource Manager, Cait Fenhagen’s job to make that happen.  Join Mark Kleinschmidt on the Deep End as he talks to Cait about her new role and how she’s coordinating efforts to make a difference on this important issue.
