Through May 7th, the Junior League of Durham and Orange Counties will be holding a Shop, Save, Support fundraiser. Purchase a shop, save, support card from the Justice League and participating businesses will be offering a discount to those that have one. The proceeds of the cards go toward supporting food access and education around our community. For more information, click here.

Hope Valley Baptist Church will be holding their Spring Yard sale this weekend. On sale will be vintage items, clothing, kitchenware, antiques, and more! All the proceeds will support church activities. Click here for more information on the sale.

The Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties will be holding free self-guided tours of new certified green homes throughout the triangle. Drop a line at West Point Mill this weekend. They’ll have cane fishing poles for you to check out for the afternoon while you step away from the hustle bustle at West Point on the Eno. Enjoy nature and some old-fashioned fishing this weekend.
