In this edition of Nonprofit Spotlight, join Trinsic Residential Group in recognizing the work of PORCH Chapel Hill-Carrboro — a local nonprofit established in 2010 that seeks to alleviate hunger and provide better nutrition in our community.

“The pandemic has been hard on all of us, and it has left even more people struggling to put food on the table right here in Orange County,” said Sarah Dudzic, executive director of PORCH. “One in seven adults, and one in five children, are facing food insecurity. That’s why our work at PORCH is so important. Thanks to our volunteers and donors — as well as partnerships with local farmers, businesses and neighborhoods — PORCH’s monthly food distributions provide meals to families who otherwise may not eat.”
