Welcome to “Making a Splash” with Goldfish Swim School of Chapel Hill!
Every month on 97.9 The Hill, Brighton McConnell is joined by a member of the Goldfish team for a conversation about building confidence in kids, in and out of the pool. Brighton recently hosted Megan Sweeten, general manager of Goldfish, to talk about hopping in the pool as the weather heats up.
“We always have a lot of fun in our swim lessons,” said Sweeten. “Lots of positive encouragement, lots of games. It’s all developed around kids learning, so our levels are friendly for each age. We found through science that with repetition, that’s the way that kids learn best. So we call it ‘the science of swim play.'”
