Welcome to “Making a Splash” with Goldfish Swim School of Chapel Hill!

Every month on 97.9 The Hill, Brighton McConnell is joined by a member of the Goldfish team for a conversation about building confidence in kids, in and out of the pool. While this is usually a team member from the Chapel Hill location, this month we were introduced to Lynn Koy, the General Manager for Goldfish Swim School of Cary. Christy Graves, a Goldfish parent and author of “Make it Snappy” on Chapelboro.com, joined the conversation as well.

Lynn not only works for Goldfish Swim School, but her daughter is active on the swim team too. Lynn explained that she had negative experiences with swimming in her own life that she didn’t want her daughter to face, sharing “as a parent, it was very important for me, for her to learn this important life skill very early on.”

Not only is it fun to be a member of Goldfish Swim School, but because children are learning a life saving skill while having a great time, it’s a parent’s paradise too. As Christy explains, “it just gives me such peace of mind to know that my kids have the skills and the confidence to stay safe.”

Listen below to hear all about Goldfish Swim School from Lynn and Christy – both proud parents of Goldfish swimmers!
