Fresh off the release of his new album “I Would Fall Apart Without You,” Robert Morton joined Aaron this week on Live and Local.

Released earlier this month, the introspective “I Would Fall Apart” is Morton’s second album, his first since 2021’s “Late Night Thoughts.” This time, Morton recorded the album with the help of Carrboro’s Nightsound Studios.
He says many of the songs on “I Would Fall Apart” are autobiographical, or at least inspired by specific individuals in his life. (Are those individuals aware that they inspired a song? Sometimes, he says – but not always.)
