The Chapel Hill Festifall Arts Festival on West Franklin Street is a celebration of local arts and community.
This year’s festival will feature over 100 artists from a variety of mediums, including ceramics, jewelry and painting. The work presented by the artists are unique items that are never manufactured or mass produced. Artists participating in Festifall will have a chance to win $1100 in prizes and community recognition.
Food trucks will also be in attendance, an interactive kids’ zone will be set up by Kidzu Children’s Museum and several other interactive exhibits will be on display as well.
Live music performances will take place on three stages throughout Franklin Street. 97.9 The Hill WCHL will be hosting the main stage and Ron Stutts, Nicki Morse and Aaron Johnson will be hosting the festivities. A complete listing of musical performances can be found here.
The festival will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 7.
