   Could not tell for s sure if Sunday night or Halloween, Monday night. Someone asked if it was Tuesday night??

   It is alwasy on Halloween Day, whatever day of the week that falls on. Carving in the afternoon and then the pumpkins are lined on the bridge for the evening
