Carrboro poet laureate Liza Wolff-Francis stops by to promote the West End Poetry Festival, this Thursday-Saturday throughout downtown.

This year’s festival begins Thursday, October 19, with an open mic at Luna. It continues Friday, October 20, with an evening of events at The ArtsCenter including a conversation between Wolff-Francis and two poets. The big day is Saturday, October 21, with a day of workshops and readings at the Century Center followed by a poetry slam that evening at Steel String Brewery.
