The U.S. Supreme Court recently struck down UNC’s race-conscious admissions policy, while Gov. Roy Cooper vetoed three anti-LGBTQ bills passed by the General Assembly. Aaron discusses those issues with Kristi Graunke, the legal director of the ACLU of North Carolina Legal Foundation; the ACLU filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court case, though justices ruled the other way.
