This Tuesday, September 8, is National 988 Day, raising awareness of the 988 suicide & crisis lifeline – and the importance of good mental health overall.

You can access the lifeline at any time by calling 988; you can also text 988, or visit 988Lifeline.org.

Aaron welcomes Marcy Williams of the Orange County Health Department to discuss the lifeline, when to pick up the phone and call, the importance of mental health in general, and other local and national resources available for anyone who needs them.
