
June is Pride Month and the town of Chapel Hill is hosting its annual Pride Promenade Saturday, June 6! You’re invited to Peace & Justice Plaza on East Franklin Street for a rally at noon, followed by a march down Franklin Street to the 140 West Plaza for live music, performances, family activities, arts vendors and more from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., MC’d by 97-9 The Hill’s Aaron Keck.
Aaron welcomes three guests to preview the Pride Promenade: Darien Cropper and Xavier Vallejo of Chapel Hill Community Arts & Culture, and planning committee member Nate Helms.
