The ACC announced Monday night that is rescheduling a number of football games due to COVID-19 issues among the team at Miami.

One of the games affected was a game scheduled between UNC and Miami on Dec. 5, which has been moved back a week and rescheduled for Dec. 12.

Western Carolina had previously been scheduled to play the Tar Heels in Chapel Hill on Dec. 11, but that game has been rescheduled for Dec. 5.

The Hurricanes were missing 13 players in their win over Virginia Tech this past Saturday, due to positive virus tests and the contact tracing that comes with it. Head coach Manny Diaz also stated that his team was close to not playing the game at all due to only having one scholarship offensive lineman left on the bench.
