After a poor showing against Marquette, UNC basketball hopes to close out the season strong before the ACC Tournament.

The Tar Heels (14-8, 8-5 ACC) host No. 11 Florida State on Saturday as the regular season winds down. In their last meeting this season, Florida State (14-3, 10-2 ACC) got the better of UNC in a 82-75 victory. Since then, the Seminoles have suffered several postponements but managed to to defeat Virginia to claim first place within the ACC heading into the tournament.

Florida State is one of the most complete teams in the nation and it won’t be easy for UNC in this game.

Tip-Off Time

Tip-off is scheduled for 4 p.m. from Chapel Hill. This is the first game with a limited number of fans back in the stands, but tickets are only being made available to students, Rams Club members, healthcare workers and sponsors. Tickets are not being made available to the general public for UNC’s remaining two home games.

Broadcast Schedule

97.9 The Hill is broadcasting every North Carolina basketball game this season.

Our coverage of UNC vs. FSU begins at 2:30 p.m. with Countdown to Tip-Off. At 3, our broadcast will switch to the UNC basketball pre-game show with Jones Angell and the Tar Heel Sports Network.

Following the game, 97.9 The Hill will carry an hour long post-game wrap-up show.

TV Schedule

The game will be broadcast on ESPN. As of today, Spectrum, AT&T U-verse, Dish and DirectTV all carry ESPN and the ACC Network.

What if I don’t have cable?

A live stream will be available on ESPN’s digital platforms.

Additionally, several cord-cutting options carry ESPN and the ACC Network.

YouTube TV prices at $65/month and carries all of ESPN’s channels (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, etc.) as well as the ACC Network. YouTube TV does not carry the Regional Sports Network.

Hulu TV goes for $45/month and includes all ESPN channels, but does not carry MLB Network, NBA TV, NFL Network or NFL Red Zone. Hulu TV does not carry the Regional Sports Network.

Sling TV is the cheapest at $25/month, but includes the fewest channels. Make sure to avoid Sling Blue, as that package does not carry ESPN.

Here’s the best way to watch North Carolina basketball games since fans aren’t allowed in the stands:

  1. Turn on the game with your preferred cable provider
  2. Mute your television
  3. Tune in to 97.9 The Hill on your radio OR streaming online at Chapelboro.com
  4. Sync up the feeds to hear Jones Angell and company announce the games
