UNC basketball has dropped back-to-back games against Boston College and Florida State since Cole Anthony’s return and now face their toughest test of the season against No. 7 Duke.

The Blue Devils enter at 19-3 (9-2 ACC) and have their own tough schedule ahead with Carolina and Top-10 Florida State in the span of three days.

College GameDay

ESPN’s College GameDay is coming to the Dean Smith Center on Saturday before the UNC game. The show airs from 11 a.m. to noon, previewing the day’s action and discusses the biggest story lines in college basketball.

The doors to the Smith Center will open at 9:30 a.m. UNC students should use Entrance C to the arena and the general public should use Entrance D. Admission for the event is free, and seating is general admission in Sections 104-114.

Fans are encouraged to bring signs to GameDay. Signs with religious/political references, competitive/commercial brand references, personal/promotional hashtags, and profanity will not be permitted, per the university. UNC will provide sign-making stations inside Entrances C and D of the Smith Center.

Tip-Off Time

Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. from the Dean Smith Center in Chapel Hill.

Broadcast Schedule

97.9 The Hill is broadcasting every North Carolina basketball game this season.

Our coverage of UNC vs. NC State begins at 4:30 p.m. with the Countdown to Tip-Off with Aaron Keck.

Following the game, 97.9 The Hill will carry a post-game wrap-up show.

You can find our broadcast of the game on 97.9 FM and 1360 AM or streaming online on Chapelboro.com.

TV Schedule

The game will be broadcast on the ESPN. As of today, Spectrum, Dish, AT&T U-Verse and DirectTV all carry ESPN and the ACC Network.

What if I don’t have cable?

A live stream will not be available ESPN’s digital platforms through the ACC Network, but plenty of other UNC basketball games this season will be available for online streaming.

Additionally, several cord-cutting options carry the new ACC Network.

YouTube TV prices at $50/month and carries all of ESPN’s channels (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, etc.) as well as the ACC Network. YouTube TV does not offer NFL Network or NFL Red Zone for pro sports fans.

Hulu TV goes for $45/month and includes all ESPN channels, but does not carry MLB Network, NBA TV, NFL Network or NFL Red Zone.

Sling TV is the cheapest at $25/month, but includes the fewest channels. Make sure to avoid Sling Blue, as that package does not carry ESPN.
