The UNC men’s lacrosse program revealed its 2025 regular-season schedule on Tuesday afternoon.

Carolina opens its season by hosting Michigan at Dorrance Field on February 8. Stony Brook visits Chapel Hill on February 14 before the Tar Heels embark on the first road trip of the season to Johns Hopkins on February 22. Other home non-conference matchups include visits from Penn (February 28), Princeton (March 2) and Jacksonville (March 16). UNC will play non-conference road games at Hofstra (March 8), High Point (March 21) and Army (March 29) before ACC play begins in April.

Conference play sees Carolina host Virginia on April 5 before visiting Duke on April 12. Two-time defending national champion Notre Dame will visit Dorrance Field on April 19, and UNC closes the regular season at Syracuse on April 26. The ACC Tournament is scheduled for the weekend of May 2-4 in Charlotte.

Carolina is seeking to reach the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2021. The Tar Heels finished 7-7 overall and 1-3 in ACC play in 2024, though UNC did finish the season with a 15-12 win against rival Duke in Chapel Hill.
