Carolina will open the season with a three-game series against Wagner at Boshamer Stadium in February. Opening Day is scheduled for February 16 at 4 p.m. Other notable non-conference matchups include a three-game series with East Carolina starting on February 23. The first game will be played in Chapel Hill, the second in Fayetteville and the third in Greenville.
UNC plays two games against Campbell in 2024. The Camels had one of the best seasons in program history in 2023, including a win in Chapel Hill. Carolina will visit Campbell on March 5 before the Camels make a return visit to Boshamer on May 7. On April 9, UNC will visit Charlotte for its annual matchup with South Carolina. The Gamecocks have won the two games against the Tar Heels.
Conference play begins for Carolina on March 8, when Pittsburgh visits Chapel Hill for a three-game series. Other home series in ACC play include visits from Georgia Tech (March 22-24), Notre Dame (April 12-14) and Louisville (May 10-12). UNC has several difficult road matchups in conference play, including visits to College World Series semifinalist Wake Forest (March 29-31) and rivals NC State (April 18-20) and Duke in the regular-season finale (May 16-18).
