This month, 97.9 The Hill’s Aaron Keck was joined by Ryan Stewart, of Trinsic Residential Group. Trinsic is the development group working to bring the Booth Park — formerly Aura — project to life in Chapel Hill.

“People often say ‘Main and Main’ is Franklin Street and Columbia. I see this actually more as a of a Main and Main, but a little more vehicular-oriented,” said Stewart. “There’s a lot more volume going east, west, north, south. Basically, Estes is what I would call the ‘inner ring’ that takes you from Carrboro all the way back down to the Blue Hill District. That’s basically the only way to circumnavigate, if you will, the hill. … Given the importance of that intersection, [and how] we were the only property that could be developed anytime soon, we thought it was important to do something special on that corner.”
