Piedmont Health is offering vaccinations for vaccine-eligible patients at several  PHS sites. Site locations can change from time to time. Please give us a call at (919) 933-8494 to schedule a vaccination at the clinic of your choice.

Existing Patients: Please reach out to your PHS site to schedule an appointment at one of the vaccine clinics. You will need to schedule an appointment to be vaccinated. Walk-in appointments are not available.

New Patients: Piedmont is committed to assisting the community in accessing the vaccine. Please click here and fill out a survey to be added to their waiting list. You will be contacted when they have available appointments.
