Joining Aaron a week earlier than usual due to the Thanksgiving Holiday next week, Cappy discusses I-Buyers, or as she calls them, “single-offer buyers.” You have probably seen their billboards, or their ads on TV; I-Buyers are companies that will buy your house with out ever stepping foot inside. For a seller, this can appear to be an easy alternative to working with a local agent to sell your home.

However, more often than not, the offers from these companies are significantly below the home value. Right now in our area, houses go under contract in days, so there’s no need for the rapid purchase timeline associated with an I-Buyer transaction.
