In the this episode of “Built The Right Way,” join 97.9 The Hill’s Aaron Keck for a conversation with David Fitch, of Fitch Lumber and Hardware, as well as Jennifer Player, CEO for Habitat for Humanity of Orange County!
“Habitat for Humanity of Orange County is part of a global network through Habitat for Humanity that builds in more than 70 countries,” said Player. “Of course, one of those is in the U.S. and we’re one of about a thousand affiliates throughout the United States who are building homes, repairing homes and preparing for home ownership.”
Habitat has been helping people in Orange County for decades, and over the years it has provided new opportunities and avenues for families.
“We are celebrating our 40-year anniversary this year,” said Player. “Throughout that time we’ve built almost 350 homes all throughout the county in Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, Carrboro and in other parts of the county.”
